PROJECT QUALITY MANAGEMENT

This lecture will focus on Plan Quality Management, a core component of project management, outlining the process of identifying quality requirements for both projects and deliverables. It highlights critical tools, techniques, and outputs such as expert judgment, cost of quality, and quality metrics. Participants will gain insights into creating a Quality Management Plan (QMP), exploring seven essential quality tools like flowcharts and control charts. Emphasis is placed on the importance of Cost of Quality (COQ), ensuring both compliance with standards and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

This lecture will focus on the critical process of managing quality within projects, highlighting the tools, techniques, and best practices necessary to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. The lecture will also cover the differences between precision and accuracy, prevention and inspection, as well as understanding control limits and tolerances.
